We’re seeking an organized and driven individual to take ownership of customer support and success at TerrAvion. The ideal candidate should enjoy helping people and solving problems, whether that’s by doing a quick phone call or creating a process for the team to use. 

 


Responsibilities:

  • – Lead the support team
    • Create processes and scripts to triage, assign, and resolve support tickets
    • Manage the creation of materials (docs, videos, etc.) to address common questions 
    • Evaluate support team performance, manage scheduling, etc.
  • – Provide feedback to the company
    • Report on team performance, and ways we can improve
    • Help train the company on how to respond to customer questions
    • Create a customer satisfaction measurement
  • – Manage Enterprise Projects
    • Be the point of contact for enterprise customer questions
    • Manage enterprise customer projects & track important milestones 

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years combined customer support, sales, teaching, or management experience
    • Love of efficiency, order, and continual improvement
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Desire for responsibility & career advancement
    • Not afraid of technology
    • Patience & empathy
    • Bachelor’s degree
