TerrAvion is the largest volume provider of aerial imagery to farms in the US. Each week or month, we map more than 100 times as much area as the whole electric drone industry combined. We are able to do this because we have the best model, the best technology, and the best team for delivering imagery to growers. Our company is highly interdisciplinary, fast-paced, and focused on solving real problems for farmers.

How We Hire
We have a healthy respect for our inability to extract anything but the most basic qualifications from interviews and resumes. What we are most concerned with, is whether you do good work as a part of the TerrAvion team and that is difficult to determine in one or two interviews. To mitigate our lack of interview skills, we like to hire through a paid internship or consult to hire arrangement. We understand that this is not a possibility for everyone and work with each candidate to see what makes sense for your situation. We want you to have a chance to work with us and see that we work well together and you’re actually going to like it here before you commit to the TerrAvion team.
